First Shots

Have you recently purchased or are you considering buying your first handgun? Then this is the course for you. In First Shots, we will take you from learning the parts of a modern handgun to the safe handling of the firearm while loading and unloading it. The course concludes with you firing your first shots.
We provide you with everything you need for this class. The following items are provided to each student:
- Ammunition
- Target to take and show your new skills
- Eye protection
- Hearing protection
- A $25 discount card to be used at a future course with us
What to bring: When arriving at class you will need to bring yourself and a positive attitude. Pens, paper and instructional materials will be provided along with coffee and donuts. You do not need to bring a firearm to this class. If you have eye or ear protection your can bring them however, they will be provided.
